Cancellation policy
A reservation at Shamuk Homes is considered confirmed upon payment of the required deposit. The remaining balance is payable within the agreed upon time, typically upon arrival or by prior arrangement. Without a deposit, the reservation is not guaranteed and may be cancelled without notice.
A refundable deposit may be charged upon check-in as a security deposit. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure after a property inspection.
If a reservation is cancelled up to the agreed upon time before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full. Late cancellations will not result in a refund. In the event of a no-show, the amount will be withheld in accordance with the booking terms.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance. Additional conditions or restrictions may apply for short-term date changes.
No refunds will be given for unused days of stay in the event of early departure.
In the event of force majeure, each situation is assessed individually.
